The inaugural Regional Team Championships take place this weekend at Yale University where US Squash will crown the Regional Team Champions. US Squash has been increasing its National Team support with the introduction of the Regional Squad training program, and the Regional Team Championships are viewed as a competition where the players vying for selection to represent Team USA will compete for their home region.

In the first iteration of the tournament, seven regions are represented including Connecticut, the Great Lakes, the Mid-Atlantic, New England, New York, Pennsylvania and the West Coast. The weekend will take on a ‘camp style’ feel, with players staying with their teammates, eating together at the dining hall and being supervised by US Squash’s Regional Squad coaching team.

Visit the Regional Team Championships page for live scores, draws, blogs, and more throughout the weekend.
