Dillon Huang is the son of Pei-Mei and Yung Huang. He and his brother Zephan grew up playing squash and training under the guidance of their older brother, Johann Huang, and coach Jon Perry, building strong fundamentals and a deep understanding of the sport from an early age.

Dillon excelled in junior squash, achieving U.S. #1 rankings in both Boys Under 17 and Boys Under 19 divisions and reaching the final of the BU19 Junior National Championship. He was selected three times to represent Team USA at the World Junior Championships.

During his time at the University of Pennsylvania, Dillon was a vital contributor to the team’s first Ivy League title since 1968 in the 2021–2022 season, as well as back-to-back appearances in the College Squash National Championship finals. His collegiate achievements include All-American honors and serving as team captain in his senior year. Over just three years, Dillon compiled an impressive 52–7 win-loss record, highlighted by an undefeated college season.

After turning professional, Dillon joined the US Squash High Performance Program based at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center.
