Americans Nicholas Spizzirri and Caroline Fouts are two matches away from qualifying for the 2026 PSA World Championships after progressing to the semifinals of the Pan American qualifiers this week at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis.
The winner of the men’s and women’s draws will automatically qualify for the biggest PSA event of the season, the $1.4 million PSA World Championships in Giza, Egypt, May 8-16. The regional qualifiers open up opportunities for players ranked outside of the world’s top sixty-four to enter the event.
Seven Americans entered the draw with hopes of qualifying and after three rounds of play, only Spizzirri and Fouts remain.
Fouts, the three seed, will take on Barbados’ top seed Margot Prow in the first semifinal Friday at 5pm local time, 6pm ET. Spizzirri, the five seed, will follow on against Guatemala’s seven seed Alejandro Enriquez.
Saturday’s finals will take place at 5pm local time, 6pm ET. Follow live coverage on psaworldtour.com.
