BIO
Damon is an accomplished squash coach with extensive experience in sports science. He served as Head Coach and National Program Director for Dutch Squash, developing training structures, S&C Programs and coaching national teams. At Haverford College, he managed the Men’s and Women’s Squash programs. As Sports Science Program Manager for England Squash, he delivered elite performance programs.
Damon has coached top players, including:
James Willstrop (England): Guided him to World #1 in December 2011. Saurav Ghosal (India): Consultant for 8 years, helping him reach World Rank #10. Laurens Jan Anjema (Netherlands): Designed training for 5 years, achieving World Rank #9. Olivia Weaver (USA): Coached from age 11, supporting her transition to the Women’s World Tour (World Rank #4).
He contributed to the Dutch Women’s National Squad’s success as European Team Championships Gold medalists and prepared 5 World Junior Championship-winning teams with England Squash, along with 2 Individual World Junior Champions.
