Jesse is a former PSA-ranked squash pro turned mental performance specialist and founder of SportMind, a global mental training platform integrated into the World Squash Federation (WSF) coach education syllabus. As a mental coach for top PSA Tour athletes, focuses on performance routines, emotional resilience, and mental preparation, delivering 1:1 and group coaching.
Jesse has created a comprehensive mental training ecosystem, co-developed the PSA "Success Toolkit," and partnered with elite academies, including the Nick Matthew Squash Academy. Notable clients include Amanda Sobhy (World No. 3), Aly Abou Eleinen (World No. 10), Tinne Gilis (World No. 5), Victor Crouin (World No. 7), and Sivasangari Subramaniam (World No. 9). Competing on the PSA Tour, Jesse reached the World Top 50, earned 15 international titles, and represented South Africa in the World Championships and Commonwealth Games.
