Junior development opportunities available through Regional Squads program

RegionalLogoUS Squash has announced the dates for the Regional Squads program, an initiative aimed at supporting the development of junior players and creating pathways to representing Team USA.

Regular development squads will take place in a variety of regional locations in order to extend the reach of the National Team program and draw from the broadest base of talent. The program will increase access to the National Team experience regionally, and develop an elite player continuum from juniors, to college players, to professionals and adults.

Top ranked boys and girls in the under 13, 15, 17 and 19 divisions are eligible to apply to participate in the Regional Squads, with up to four players per region selected based on registered interest. Full selection criteria is available here, under the ‘Junior Squads’ tab.

The New England Region – Boston, May 5th Sign up here

An elite coaching team has been brought on board in each region to ensure the most professional supervision and guidance for the squads.

The Regional Squads will also help prepare players for the Ontario-American Challenge taking place in August.
