Blatchford Opens 2018 With Inaugural Saudi PSA Women’s Squash Masters

Team USA’s Olivia Blatchford opens the new year with an inaugural women’s PSA World Series event, the Saudi PSA Women’s Squash Masters, January 7-12 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Blatchford, world No. 13, enters the thirty-two player draw as the thirteen seed, and will face Egypt’s world No. 22 Mariam Metwally in the first round, Monday, January 8.

Should the U.S. champion progress, a predicted second round match up against Egypt’s recently-crowned world champion Raneem El Welily.
