American world No. 72 Todd Harrity has made his way to South America this week, where he will compete in two $10, 000 PSA tournaments in over the next two weeks, beginning with the Resistencia Open in Argentina this evening.

The twenty-three-year old from Wayne, Pennsylvania, is seeded third, and seeded to meet Canadian champion Shawn Delierre in the semifinals. Last month, the Canadian world No. 56 defeated Harrity in a four-game Nothern Ontario Open first round match.

The U.S. champion won his opening match in three games against Paraguayan Nicolas Caballero, and will face another South American in the form of Argentina’s world No. 82 Robertino Pezotta in the quarterfinals Thursday night.
