Team USA’s Chris Gordon reached the main draw of the 35k PSA Tour Reidbuilt Homes Edmonton Open Tuesday night, outlasting Seattle-based Shajahan Khan in a five-game qualifying final.

Gordon, world No. 58, drew Egyptian world No. 32 Mohamed Abouelghar as his first round opponent. Abouelghar recently reached the last thirty-two of the Men’s World Championship, where he was defeated by compatriot Ramy Ahour.

Gordon and Abouelghar’s match is streaming live on sportscanada.tv at 9pm local time, 11pm ET.

Gordon’s U.S. teammate Chris Hanson found himself on the losing end against Mexico’s Arturo Salazar for the fourth time in 2015, and second time in two weeks after the recent RC Pro Series quarterfinals. As in St. Louis, Salazar won the match in three games to advance.
