Team USA’s top two women, Amanda Sobhy and Olivia Blatchford, are both set for first-round action on the glass court at the Allam British Open Monday and Tuesday in Hull, England.

After winning her third national title against Blatchford last weekend, world No. 7 Sobhy will contest the first match on the glass court against French qualifier Coline Aumard Monday morning at 8am ET.

The British Open is the final World Series event of the PSA Tour season as Sobhy looks to maintain her position in the top eight to qualify for May’s World Series Final in Dubai.

Blatchford joined seventh-seeded Sobhy in the main draw after a three-game qualifying final victory over Yale graduate and English international Millie Tomlinson Sunday. Blatchford will face top seed and world No. 1 Laura Massaro for the second time in 2016 Tuesday afternoon at 3pm ET. In January, Blatchford pushed the 2013 British Open champion to four games in the first round of the J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions.

All British Open matches on the glass court are streaming live on SquashTV.
