Team USA Selection Criteria for 2017-2018 Season Released

US Squash has released Team USA selection criteria for events taking place in the 2017-2018 season. Building on recent success, and the introduction of new programs, the aim of the criteria is to ensure that all athletes are provided an opportunity to qualify for US Squash’s National Team programming.

Each year the National Team Selection Committee reviews all selection criterion relating to Team USA. Read the 2017-2018 season criterion here.

Most notably, US Squash is continuing to support a Team USA 2018 British Junior Open Trip as it has done for the last three years. Exposing our athletes to such a high level event at the younger age-groups has provided a stepping-stone to the World Junior Team in recent years. The event has changed location this year and will now take place in Birmingham, England and England Squash has also adjusted the entry deadline. Due to this, US Squash has to adjust the criteria and deadlines for the Team USA trip. For those interested in taking part in the Team USA 2018 British Junior Open Trip, please read the selection criteria carefully.

Should you have any further questions about US Squash’s National Team programming, please reach out to our Senior Director of National Teams, Rich Wade at rich.wade@ussquash.com.
