Harrity Reaches 25k President Gold Cup Semis in Pakistan

American world No. 61 Todd Harrity reached his first semifinal of a $25, 000 PSA tournament Sunday, completing his second three-game victory of the President Gold Cup International in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The twenty-five-year-old from Wayne, PA, defeated Pakistan’s Israr Ahmed and Tayyab Aslam  in three games to advance through the round of sixteen and quarterfinals respectively.

Harrity now faces the tournament’s two seed Karim Ali Fathi in Monday’s semifinals in their first career match up on the PSA tour.

The twenty-two-year-old from Cairo defeated Pakistan’s Danish Atlas Khan in a four-game fifty-two minute quarterfinal to reach Monday’s semifinals.

Harrity’s semifinal takes place at 6:30am ET.
