Brigita Roemer – Strength and Conditioning Coach

Brigita works daily with members of Team USA at the Specter Center to prepare them to excel on the international stage by implementing research supported and sports specific methods for injury reduction and strength and conditioning training. Prior to joining U.S. Squash, she was the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for four years at Drexel Athletics where she worked with all of their 18 sports and coached teams to four conference titles and four national tournament appearances. Brigita has also coached various varsity sports teams at Temple University, Princeton University and was a volunteer assistant for track and field team at her Alma Mater, The College of New Jersey. Roemer earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The College of New Jersey in 2015 with a minor in Psychology. She also completed her Master’s in Sports Management from Temple University in 2019. While at TCNJ, she competed in track and field and was a six-time conference champion in the triple and high jump and a two time All-American in the high jump. Roemer is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Certified Level-2 Certified Functional Strength Coach and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach.
