Junior Men’s Team Opens Pool Play With Clean Sweep of South Africa

The U.S. Junior Men’s Team began their World Junior Team Championship Pool F play with three, three-game victories over South Africa Friday at Enjoy Squash in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

Spencer Lovejoy, Gabriel Morgan and Andrew Douglas all defeated their South African opponents in under thirty-one minutes to hand the sixth-seeded United States their first victory in pool play.

The U.S. will face both seventh-seeded Malaysia, including world individual champion Eain Yow Ng, and nineteenth-seeded Spain on Saturday to conclude pool play.

The U.S. plays Malaysia play at 11am local time, 5am ET, and Spain at 6pm local time, 1pm ET.
